GEMA tower

Situated in Makariou Avenue in Latsia, one of the most ascending commercial roads of Nicosia, GEMA Tower shall distinguish with a modern and aesthetically elegant exterior design.

The tower will consist of a basement floor used for parking, ground floor office spaces (already reserved for a Cypriot banking organisation) and up to 5 open plan office space floors, each one having a total area of 284 square meters.

Construction has already commenced and is expected to be completed by February 2012.
